Objectives of the lesson: At the end of the lesson the students should be able to

Level 1: Participating in conversations and discussions

Objectives of the lesson: At the end of the lesson the students should be able to

1. discuss about the important of food for the body.

Lesson development: 1. Discussion on the topic of interest- food for thought

- balanced diet and exercise

2. Find out how healthy and fit you are by answering the questions

given .

Conclusion: Written ex. (menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Moral value: thoughtful

ABM: Reference books, textbook

Language: simple present tense

Conclusion: students enjoyed discussing about the food they eat everyday
